The Challenge

Braga Production approached us for two Gujarati cultural music videos that required distinct visual styles.

  • For “Odhaji”, they wanted Studio Ghibli–inspired anime visuals depicting Krishna and cultural garba scenes.

  • For “Mangal Deevda”, they needed a parallax silhouette style with shadowed visuals.

The main challenges were:

  • Delivering both projects within a tight 2-week timeline.

  • Breaking down lyrical content into visual storytelling.

  • Achieving character and scene consistency, since most AI visual tools struggle to maintain continuity across multiple clips.

EXECUTION

We designed a structured AI-powered creative workflow:

  1. Lyric Breakdown & Storyboarding – Converted the lyrics into story beats and mapped visuals accordingly.

  2. Mood & Style Development – Created inspiration boards, reference images, and defined a color palette for each song.

  3. Prompt Engineering – Wrote highly detailed prompts for every clip, covering even minor details to maintain consistency.

  4. AI Visual Production – Generated 100+ clips (8–6 seconds each) using multiple AI video and image generators. From these, we curated 60–70 high-quality clips suitable for the final edit.

  5. Final Assembly – Ensured smooth sequencing, cultural accuracy, and stylistic uniqueness in both videos.

This workflow allowed us to deliver two culturally rich music videos with distinct aesthetics, fully aligned with Braga Production’s creative vision—all within 2 weeks.
